Picture Day will be held on Saturday, October 17 & Sunday, October 18
All photos are scheduled 30 minutes prior to your game/session
- Mini Kickers 45 minutes prior to your session on your normal day
- U5 intramural teams on Sat Oct 17
- Girls intramural U6, U7, and U8/9 teams on Sat Oct 17
- Boys intramural U6, U7, and U8/9 teams on Sun Oct 18
- High Flyers can have photo taken any time on Sun Oct 18
- Travel teams can come between 8:30 and 11:00 on either Sat Oct 17 or Sun Oct 18

This updated process allows families to choose what works best for them. Starting with a deposit or discounted digital package, and provides a more streamlined experience with multiple images to choose from after Picture Day.
Option 1 – $20 Deposit
When your photos are ready, you will receive a coupon to redeem the $20 you paid and apply it toward your final order.
(Your coupon code will be emailed with your gallery.)
Option 2 – $35 Digital Package
Available during registration only.
• Includes – 1 high-resolution individual photo download (choose your favorite image after viewing your gallery)
• Team photo download when available
After viewing your photos, you’ll have the option to purchase additional items such as prints, digital images, magnets, trading cards, team photos, and more.
Packages start at $29. Individual items start at $15
📌 All players should attend the team photo, even if you choose not to purchase individual photos.
Within 3 weeks of Picture Day, you’ll receive a text and email with a private gallery link. Each athlete will have multiple images to choose from, and you can place your order at that time.
