This program is for coaches interested in coaching during the offseason at tournaments and indoor and/or summer leagues

Program Logo

If your child is interested in playing on a tournament team during weekends when there aren't any league games scheduled (such as Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day weekend, or on a winter team over the winter break, including our Adam Novellano Memorial Indoor Tournament, MLK weekend, the February break, Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Father's Day weekend, our outdoor Long Island Soccer Classic tournament which is usually the 3rd weekend of August, or possibly a summer league), you'll need to register your child up for our tournament & indoor team program , This is EXTRA soccer and does not replace current intramural rosters. It may involve some extra practices with the tournament team if gym/field space and time permits. Over the winter months, the tournament team may practice together inside a school gym (if made available by the school district). The fee is to cover expenses, such as school gym rental for practices, participation in our own indoor tournament, discounted training sessions, and administrative fees. Once you're registered for our tournament team, a volunteer coach will reach out before any of these events and will ask you if you're interested in playing. You then have the option to play or to pass on this tournament. There will be multiple opportunities throughout the year, and you can play in as many or as few as you'd like. Each tournament has a team fee that will be divided by the number of players interested in participating that tournament. The volunteer coach usually lays out their own money and then collects from the players. So please only commit if you know your child will play.

A recreational "inter-town" program for players born 2008-2017. They play against teams from clubs in Suffolk from March through June. Players are grouped by birth year per national guidelines. Half of the games are in West Islip; the other half in surrounding towns. There are usually 8-10 games in the Spring. We did not have enough players register by the July 15 team registration deadline to submit a team to InterLeague for the Fall. Most games will be on Sundays. New players will be required to show proof of birth date by uploading their birth certificate during registration and a passport-style photo. Early registration discounts are automatically applied as follows: $40 discount if registered by May 31; $30 discount if registered by June 30; $20 discount if registered by July 31; $10 discount if registered by August 31.

The Fall team registration deadline is July 15 for the West Islip Soccer Club to submit a team to InterLeague. The deadline for the Spring season is December 25. Only if enough players are registered by the deadline, can a team be registered with InterLeague.

A program for players born Dec 2, 2018 - Dec 1, 2019 who want extra soccer in a more competitive setting. You MUST be registered with the club's intramural program to take advantage of this program. You play against teams from other clubs in the travel league. Half of your games will be played in West Islip; the other half in other towns. Scores & standings will be kept.
