Jesse Corke | Goalkeer Trainer

With more than ten years on the collegiate sideline, Jesse Corke joins FC South Bay having helped programs capture four conference titles and reach the NCAA Tournament three times, spanning both Division I and Division II competition. Four goalkeepers under his guidance have earned conference Player of the Year honors, and his coaching résumé spans recruiting, player development, tactics, and the day-to-day running of a program.

He currently is the goalkeeper coach at St John’s University in Queens. Corke’s most recent stop was Long Island University, where he served as assistant coach for four seasons (2022-26). The Sharks went 36-20-19 under the staff he was part of, won consecutive Northeast Conference titles, and made two NCAA Tournament trips during that stretch. He was heavily involved in recruiting and evaluating talent, running training sessions, and shaping game-day tactics — work that helped produce two NEC Goalkeepers of the Year.

Before LIU, Corke spent six years (2015-21) coaching both the men’s and women’s soccer teams at Molloy. On the women’s side, he helped the Lions win their first-ever ECC Championship in 2019 and advance to the NCAA Division II Sweet Sixteen — a postseason run strong enough to earn the coaching staff United Soccer Coaches East Region Staff of the Year recognition. On the men’s side, Corke was part of the staff that won the 2021 ECC Championship, and he helped develop two ECC Goalkeepers of the Year across his tenure at Molloy.

In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Corke has served as the Director of Goalkeeping for Long Island Soccer Club since 2022, overseeing goalkeeper development, curriculum and coach education within the MLS NEXT and Girls Academy organization. He founded Corke Goalkeeper Training LLC in 2015, providing individualized training and mentorship to youth, collegiate and professional players. Corke has also held goalkeeper coaching positions with Juventus Miami Academy and Blau Weiss Gottschee.

Corke began his collegiate career at Molloy, playing for the Lions from 2010-15. The goalkeeper was named the ECC Goalkeeper of the Year and earned All-ECC First Team honors in 2014. Following his collegiate career, the Valley Stream, N.Y., native continued his playing career professionally in Germany with Westfalia Wickede before joining the New York Cosmos.

Corke has established an extensive recruiting network throughout the Northeast, with connections across MLS NEXT, ECNL, Girls Academy, USL Academy and elite youth clubs. His approach emphasizes identifying high-character student-athletes while fostering their development on the field, in the classroom and within the program.
